Week 2024-33
This week I canceled my Nova subscription. Thankfully, Panic sent me an email a few days in advance, warning me that the subscription was about to renew. Since I wasn't using Nova, I'm glad to have one less subscription in the pile.
I had planned to work from the office this week, but the weather didn’t cooperate, so I only made it in on Friday. Fortunately, one of my team members was there too, and we had time to chat and enjoy lunch together.
I've returned to using Things for task management, and have shifted from a traditional Bullet Journal approach to a Commonplace book style. I now use notebooks for taking notes instead of creating to-do lists, and I've dedicated one notebook for personal use and another for work.
I found a small plastic box from MUJI that's perfect for carrying the dice I need to play Ironsworn: Starforged. It's the little things like this that make a difference.
A couple of weeks ago, I switched from Instapaper to GoodLinks after they added support for highlighting articles. This week, I deleted both my Instapaper and Raindrop accounts, as I've been using AnyBox to collect and store links for a few months now.
Finally, I needed something new to watch, and lucky me, Apple TV+ delivered with the show Sunny. I've only watched two episodes so far, but I’m enjoying it.
